What is the return policy?

Are any purchases final sale?

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly with our suppliers to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location although most UK orders will take approximately 7 working days from the time of receiving the conformation email.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally by watchmaking specialists. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value, we will always include as much information as possible on the origins and manufacturing processes of our watches although as they are produced by outside agencies we do not claim responsibility for any incorrect details and will always direct you to the manufactures website to verify any information posted on our website.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase and we aim keep prices and delivery time as low as possible by working with a variety of shipping partners.
